When emailing us, please include

  • The email or phone number on your account
  • Which app you're using (VisiTime or VisiTime Business) and its version
  • Your device and iOS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is something you can see
Quick fixes

Common issues

The SMS code didn't arrive

Codes are sent by SMS and usually reach you within a few seconds. If nothing shows up, try these steps in order:

  • Check that your number includes the correct country code
  • Make sure you have signal and aren't in airplane mode
  • Wait about 60 seconds, then tap Resend code

If it still doesn't arrive, email [email protected] with your phone number and we'll look into it.

Delete your account

You can remove your account and its data right inside the app:

  • Open the app and sign in
  • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm
  • Your profile, booking history and personal data are removed within 30 days

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

No places near you yet

We're opening VisiTime city by city, so a fresh area can look empty for a while. If nothing appears near you, tap Request my city on the home screen and we'll let you know the moment we go live there.

Cancel or reschedule a booking

In the app, open My bookings, select the appointment, then choose Cancel or Reschedule. Each business sets its own cancellation window, and that window is shown to you before you confirm the booking.

Is VisiTime free for clients?

Yes — fully free, forever. You only pay your provider for the service itself, at the venue, like you always have.

How do I pay?

You pay the business directly at the visit — cash or card on their terminal. VisiTime handles discovery, booking and reminders only, so we never take payments or hold deposits. For cancellation terms or anything to do with money, talk to the business; their policy is shown to you before you confirm.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, in one tap from My bookings. Each business sets its own cancellation window, shown before you confirm.

Which sign-in methods are supported?

You can sign in with a phone one-time code over SMS, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google. An email one-time code is also supported. Pick whichever you prefer.

Which businesses are on VisiTime?

Beauty and wellness first — salons, barbers, nails, lashes, spa, massage — with fitness, classes and other appointment-based services rolling out. Don't see yours yet? Tell us your city.

I run a business. How do I join?

Download VisiTime Business or open the web admin. It's free to use while we grow, and no card is needed to start.

What about my data and privacy?

Your bookings and profile are yours. We don't sell data or run ads. See the Privacy Policy or email [email protected].

Which languages does it support?

English, Polish (Polski), Ukrainian (Українська), Russian (Русский) and Korean (한국어). More as we grow.

We only keep what's needed to run the service — your account details, your bookings, and basic analytics that help us fix bugs. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads, and your bookings stay private.
