Common issues
I didn't receive the SMS code
OTP codes are delivered over SMS and normally arrive within seconds. If nothing arrives:
- Make sure the phone number includes the correct country code
- Check that your device has network signal and isn't in airplane mode
- Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend code
- If it still doesn't arrive, email [email protected] with your phone number
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app:
- Open the app and sign in
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account
- Confirm. Your profile, bookings history and personal data will be removed within 30 days
Prefer to delete by email? Write to [email protected] from the email on your account and we'll handle it.
I can't find a salon or service near me
VisiTime is currently launching city by city across Europe. If no results appear in your area, tap the Request my city button on the home screen and we'll notify you the moment we're live there.
I need to cancel or reschedule a booking
Open the app → My bookings → select the booking → Cancel or Reschedule. Each salon may set its own cancellation window, which is shown before you confirm the booking.
Payment or refund question
Most services are paid directly at the salon. If a salon collected an online deposit via VisiTime and you need a refund, contact the salon first — they manage refund decisions. If the studio is unresponsive, email [email protected] and we'll help mediate.

Is VisiTime free for clients?
Yes — fully free. You pay the salon directly for the service, just as you always have.
Which sign-in methods are supported?
Phone number with a one-time code (SMS), Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google. Pick any — you can switch later.
What permissions does the app ask for and why?
Location — to find salons near you. Camera & Photo Library — to set your profile photo. Microphone & Speech Recognition — only if you use voice search. Calendar — to add confirmed bookings. Notifications — for booking reminders. All are optional except what's needed for the feature you're using.
Which cities are live?
We're launching in Wrocław first and adding new cities across Poland and the EU through 2026. Use Request my city in the app — we'll notify you.
I'm a salon or beauty pro. How do I join?
Download VisiTime Business from the App Store or Google Play. Fourteen-day free trial, no credit card required.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Polski, Українська, Русский, and 한국어. More coming based on where we grow.
