when you use the VisiTime client mobile application to discover businesses, book services, and manage your
reservations. This policy applies only to the VisiTime client app. The VisiTime Business app is covered by a
separate Privacy Policy. By using VisiTime, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- When you create or use an account, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and gender
- We use this data to create and maintain your personal profile and support core app features
- You can update profile information in the app
2.2 Authentication Services
- We offer sign-in via phone number with one-time password (OTP), Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In
- When you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive basic account data such as your name and email address
- We do not receive your password for third-party services
2.3 Location Data
- With your permission, we collect approximate and precise location to show nearby places and businesses
- Location is used for local search, map display, and distance-based recommendations
- You can control location permissions through your device settings at any time
2.4 Booking and Service Data
- We process your bookings: selected place and service, date and time, duration, booking status, and your notes to the business
- We use this data to create, manage, and display your reservations and booking history
- Your name, phone, and booking details are shared with the business you booked so the business can provide the service
2.5 Reviews and User-Generated Content
- You may submit ratings and written reviews for businesses you have visited
- Reviews are public and linked to your profile name and photo
- You can update your reviews after publishing
2.6 Payment Data
- Online payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor
- We do not store your full card details on our servers
- Stripe may collect payment method data, billing address, and transaction details under its own privacy terms
- On iOS, payments are handled via our website; no in-app purchases are made
2.7 Media and Device Permissions
- With your permission, we may access your camera and photo library to set your profile photo
- With your permission, we may add booking events to your calendar
- You can control these permissions through your device settings
2.8 Push Notifications
- We collect push tokens to send booking confirmations, reminders before your visit, status updates, and service messages
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings
2.9 Analytics and Crash Data
- We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Sentry, and Mixpanel to understand app usage and fix issues
- This may include event logs, crash reports, app performance metrics, and device technical data
- This information is used to improve reliability, usability, and performance of the client app
2.10 Device and App Information
- We may collect OS version, app version, and device identifiers
- This helps us secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot compatibility issues

- Deleting your VisiTime account does not delete your Google or Apple account
